We love happy customers and want you to be completely satisfied! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item for either an exchange or refund.


Returns must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Products returned damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 


All returns must first be authorized by email. Please note the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend purchasing tracking as we will honor the return if provided tracking information.


Follow these steps to submit the return:

STEP 1 - Contact Us with your order number and reason for the return (exchange, refund, faulty or damaged). For your security, we require that you contact us using the same email address you used to place the order.

STEP 2 - We will email you a Return Authorization Slip to include in your return package.

STEP 3 - Pack up your items and ship the package back to us, no later than 7 days after you receive our email. Please print and include your Return Authorization Slip in the package. If this slip is not included in the package, we will not be able to process your return. 

STEP 4 - Once we receive your return, we will verify that the items are qualified for an exchange or refund and will notify you by email.





Please allow up to 14 business days for your exchange to be processed. Once we receive your package, we will send you the new item and provide you with a tracking number. You will be notified via the email listed on your account.




Your refund will be processed within 14 business days after your return is received. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. All refunds exclude cost of shipping. Full refunds (including shipping cost) are provided if the incorrect item was shipped to you.  


Faulty or Damaged Item(s)


If your product arrives damaged or broken please Contact Us immediately.  Upon verification, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.




If you’d like to cancel your order, please Contact Us immediately and include your order number. Since we work on processing your order as soon as we receive it, we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled. If you are within the cancellation time frame, we will issue a full refund. If the item has already shipped, we’ll issue a refund (minus the cost of shipping) after the item is returned.
