Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS TILL DECEMBER 15TH 2020

 

We process and ship in-stock items Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.

 

We currently only ship to the Continental U.S. All orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

 

We love happy customers and want you to be completely satisfied! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item for either an exchange or refund.

 

Returns must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Products returned damaged, worn or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

 

All returns must first be authorized by email. Please note the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend purchasing tracking as we will honor the return if provided tracking information.

 

Exchanges

 

Please allow up to 14 business days for your exchange to be processed. Once we receive your package, we will send you the new item and provide you with a tracking number. You will be notified via the email listed on your account.

 

Refunds

 

Your refund will be processed within 14 business days after your return is received. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. All refunds exclude cost of shipping. Full refunds (including shipping cost) are provided if the incorrect item was shipped to you.  

Faulty or Damaged Item(s)

 

If your product arrives damaged or broken please contact us immediately.  Upon verification, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellation

 

If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us at Contact Us immediately and include your order number. Since we work on processing your order as soon as we receive it, we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled. If you are within the cancellation time frame, we’ll issue a full refund. If the item has already shipped, we’ll issue a refund (minus the cost of shipping) after the item is returned.
